These terms apply when you use ardopay.com and any event checkout on an ardopay.com subdomain (the "Platform"). The Platform is operated by Kamalesh Swargam (ArdoPay by KS Verse) ("ArdoPay", "we", "us").
1. What ArdoPay does
ArdoPay provides ticketing and checkout technology to event organisers. The organiser, not ArdoPay, is responsible for the event: its content, safety, licences, venue, timing and delivery. We sell passes on the organiser's behalf and issue the digital pass.
2. Buying a pass
- The price, fees and taxes are shown before you pay. Payments are processed by Cashfree Payments India Pvt. Ltd.
- Your pass is emailed to you after payment is confirmed. Check your spam folder. If it hasn't arrived within 30 minutes, write to hello@ardopay.com.
- Each pass QR code can be scanned once. Don't share it. Whoever scans it first gets in.
- The organiser may refuse entry under the event's rules, for example age limits, dress code, ID checks, capacity or safety. Bring a valid photo ID.
- Reselling passes above face value or for commercial gain is not allowed. Resold passes may be cancelled without a refund.
3. Refunds
Refunds follow the event's refund policy shown at checkout and our Refund & cancellation policy.
4. Organisers
Organisers agree to the organiser guidelines and a signed organiser agreement, which covers fees, payouts and responsibilities. Organisers confirm that they are authorised to sell passes for the event and that it complies with applicable law.
5. Acceptable use
Don't misuse the Platform. That includes fraudulent payments, scraping, attempts to forge or duplicate passes, or interfering with its security. We may cancel passes or suspend access linked to fraud.
6. Liability
To the extent the law allows, ArdoPay is not liable for the event itself, or for any injury, loss or dissatisfaction arising from attending it. Our total liability to a buyer for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the pass in question.
7. Changes
We may update these terms. The version on this page applies to purchases made while it is posted.
