Who we share it with
- The event organiser receives attendee details for the event you bought a pass for.
- Service providers who help us run the Platform: Cashfree (payments), Resend (email delivery), Cloudflare (DNS and email forwarding) and our hosting provider. They process data only on our instructions.
- Authorities, where the law requires it.
We don't sell personal data.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires, typically 8 years. Other data is deleted or anonymised when it is no longer needed.
